Responsibilities

• Desk new and used vehicle deals and structure for profitability.
• Monitor internet leads, CRM activity, and follow-up.
• Coach, train, and motivate the sales team daily.
• Manage daily sales activity, appointments, and closing performance.
• Collaborate with F&I to improve deal profitability.
• Appraise trades and manage inventory decisions.
• Monitor KPIs, gross profit, and showroom traffic.
