Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience managing customer relationships
• Advising experience required or preferred

• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Strong organizational/time-management skills
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Previous Protractor experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess automotive service needs.
• Write up detailed service orders and invoices.
• Explain recommended work and obtain customer approval.
