Cox Toyota in Burlington, NC is seeking a full-time Auto Rental Agent. You will answer calls, quote rates, and make reservations while advising on vehicle options and extras. The role emphasizes friendly, detail-oriented service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are 25+ years old with strong communication, computer skills, and a proactive attitude. Training is provided; benefits include medical and vacation. The schedule is Monday–Friday 9:00–6:00 with every other Saturday 7:00–4:00.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive rental or customer service preferred.
• Must be 25+ years old.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Answer calls, quote rental rates, and make reservations.
• Prepare rental agreements and upsell vehicles and extras.
• Explain rates and services to customers.
• Process paperwork and reports efficiently.
• Follow up on quotes and reconfirm reservations.
• Notify customers about overdue rentals.
• Process rental extensions.
• Maintain rental files and fleet appearance.
