Job summary

Rochester Ford and QuickLane is seeking an Automotive Express Technician in Rochester, MN to perform fluid checks, basic maintenance, oil changes, and inspections. You will be testing vehicles, diagnosing issues, and using tools to repair parts, while building experience in a fast-paced shop environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, safety, and ongoing training. Expect a collaborative team, manufacturer training, and career advancement within a high-volume automotive service operation.

Qualifications

• Fluid checks and basic maintenance experience preferred.
• Mechanically inclined with on‑the‑job experience.
• Willingness to undergo background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Repair or replace worn parts ahead of the vehicle’s breakdown or damage
• Use power tools, machine tools, and common hand tools to perform various tasks
