Sedgwick is hiring a Claims Representative, Auto | Property Damage to analyze and process auto property damage and lower level injury claims. You will assess damage, make payments, and document files with proper coding per policies.

The role requires communication with insured, client, and brokers, and maintaining strong client relations. Responsibilities include managing deadlines, pursuing subrogation, and supporting quality programs while leveraging MS Office tools for analysis and reporting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred; state adjusting licenses as required.
• Familiarity with auto and property damage lines.
• Ability to assess property damage estimates and negotiate claims.
• Knowledge of total loss processing and salvage forms (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Processes auto property damage and lower level injury claims with proper coding.
• Maintains action plans to meet state deadlines and move files toward resolution.
• Identifies subrogation opportunities and secures salvage.
• Communicates claim actions with insured, client, and brokers; maintains client relations.
