Sedgwick is hiring a Claims Representative for Auto | Property Damage to analyze and process auto claims and related losses. The role focuses on evaluating damage, negotiating settlements, and ensuring proper documentation while meeting regulatory deadlines.

You will maintain professional client relations, handle subrogation opportunities, and support quality programs while working with a team of claims professionals in a structured environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; licenses required per state regulations.
• Familiarity with auto/property damage claims and endorsements.
• Ability to review estimates and negotiate first and third party claims.
• Knowledge of total loss processing and salvage forms preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Processes auto property damage and lower level injury claims; assesses damage, makes payments, and codes files.
• Maintains action plans to meet state deadlines and drive timely resolutions.
• Identifies subrogation opportunities; handles salvage disposition.
• Communicates claim actions with insured, client, and broker as appropriate.
• Performs coverage, liability, and damage analysis on claims.
