• Identify and assess coverage issues; draft coverage position letters.
• Coordinate vehicle inspections and determine total loss evaluations.
• Manage rental and salvage; set timelines and expectations.
• Document claim information and make decisions per standards and laws.
• Review and process claim payments; handle supplements.
