Arch Insurance Group Inc. is seeking an Auto Claims Examiner – Property Damage in Morristown, NJ. You will be the customer’s primary contact, directing the repair process from start to finish and negotiating with body shops to determine pricing and liability.

The role is hybrid (3 days in-office) with travel up to 10%. You will mentor junior staff, prepare reports for senior management, and contribute to industry benchmarking and strategy discussions.

Qualifications

• Active adjuster licensing in all applicable states.
• 1–3 years of commercial auto claims experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve commercial auto claims nationwide with inventory including property damage, salvage, and rental.
• Identify and assess coverage issues and draft position letters; retain coverage counsel if needed.
• Execute on claims strategies to meet quality, service, and operational goals.
