Job summary

The Plymouth Rock Company is seeking an Auto Property Damage Claims Representative to manage Auto PD claims in our PD Claim Unit. You will handle policy analysis, investigations, negotiations, and subrogation while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. This Boston-based role requires 2+ years of PD claim experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills. The company offers extensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Licensed in CT, NH, RI & other states preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of related PD claim experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and interpret policy provisions to determine coverage for auto property claims.
• Interview claimants and witnesses to assess liability and damages.
• Evaluate reserves and dispatch field personnel for vehicle inspections.
• Negotiate settlements within authority and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate subrogation and handle related lawsuits as applicable.
• Maintain privacy compliance in claims handling.
