Job summary

The Plymouth Rock Company is seeking an Auto Property Damage Claims Associate to manage auto PD claims in a fast-paced unit with heavy phone interaction. You will analyze policies, investigate accidents, negotiate settlements, and coordinate with vendors while upholding privacy guidelines and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 1 year of PD claim experience welcomed but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and interpret policy provisions to determine coverage for auto property claims.
• Interview claimants, witnesses, and other parties to assess liability and document facts.
• Evaluate reserves and prepare dispatch instructions for field inspections.
• Negotiate settlements within authority and escalate as needed; liaise with vendors and customers.
• Maintain timely updates to insureds, claimants, and brokers; ensure privacy guidelines are followed.
• Handle subrogation processes and respond to related legal actions when applicable.
• Process mail and respond to emails/texts promptly.
