Job summary

Candidates must hold a TX All Lines Adjuster License, have a High School diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years of property damage experience, excellent customer service, and strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• TX All Lines Adjuster License required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of Property Damage claims experience; Bodily Injury a plus.
• Excellent customer service and de-escalation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Investigating and process insurance claims filed by policyholders and others.
• Maintaining diary notes and up-to-date file documentation.
• Communicating with claimants, insureds, and witnesses.
• Verifying coverage and examining damages and estimates.
• Issuing payments and supporting payment justification.
• Complete total loss processes with minimal supervision.
