• Assistant Manager Certification required.
• Manager Development Program module required.

• Well organized with the ability to prioritize and manage time.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.
• Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE certification desired.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Aufgaben

• Direct team to deliver prompt, courteous service to customers.
• Solicit orders, sell company products, and uphold policies.
• Maintain customer base and grow sales at assigned accounts.
• Coordinate sales calls with Territory Sales Manager.
• Supervise store team and assist District Manager with staffing decisions.
• Develop and post work schedules based on sales forecasts.
• Review timecards for accuracy and address discrepancies.
• Ensure staff training on policies, customer service, and safety.
• Establish pricing levels for professional customers with Sales/Pricing.
• Maximize gross profit on outside purchases and monitor overrides.
• Ensure store operations comply with company policies.
• Communicate new information to staff and implement planograms.
