NAPA Ellicott City seeks an Assistant Store Manager to leverage automotive knowledge and leadership to run daily store operations and drive sales. You will support the Store Manager across all functions while maintaining customer-facing sales responsibilities and ensuring inventory and quality standards.

The role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, safety, and process adherence in a fast-paced retail environment. Overtime and keyholder duties may be required to ensure store continuity.

Qualifikationen

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in automotive after-market or willingness to learn automotive products.
• Leadership experience with ability to coach and develop team.

• Partner with Store Manager on operations, sales, inventory health, and team performance.
• Perform or oversee opening/closing routines including security and cash reconciliation.
• Provide coaching and performance management for store functions.
• Sell and build customer relationships across retail and wholesale channels.
• Monitor store metrics and drive improvements for safety and efficiency.
