Advance Auto Parts is seeking a General Manager to inspire the team, grow professional customer relationships, and drive sales with integrity. This exempt, full-time role requires long hours including nights and weekends, with a focus on service standards and store operations.

You will lead hiring, development, and performance management, ensure inventory accuracy, coach staff, and own P&L responsibilities while delivering a safe, respectful environment for customers and teammates.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years of experience managing a team of 10-20 in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred; valid driver's license.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships and sales.
• Hire, develop, performance manage, coach and schedule team members.
• Ensure execution of inventory and operational standards.
• Coach team members to meet customer expectations (DIY and Professional).
• On-duty responsibilities including safety, floor/phone management and task completion.
• Embrace change management and foster a respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Provide DIY services and assist in other functions as needed.
