You will handle cash transactions, process returns, and ensure accurate pricing and quotes. Role includes participating in training, answering store phone inquiries, and providing in-store services like wiper installation and battery tests where

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Serve professional customers with support as needed.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit transactions accurately.
• Process returns and exchanges per policy.
• Address customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Perform daily stocking and image/planning tasks.
• Operate store test equipment after training.
• Provide in-store services (e.g., wipers, batteries, codes) where allowed by law.
• Drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
