Genuine Parts Company, a leading auto parts retailer, is seeking a Store Pro to deliver high-quality customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will help retail and wholesale customers with parts solutions, applying product knowledge to support the team and drive loyalty.

As a pivotal member of the store, you will operate POS and catalog systems, maintain safety and cleanliness, and collaborate with peers to optimize merchandising and efficiency.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills are essential.
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and technology systems.
• Experience with inventory or cataloging systems is a plus.
• ASE Certification is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and support team members.
• Operate POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices.
• Maintain high energy and customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Support store operations including transactions, inquiries, and general workflow.
• Build relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Coordinate and dispatch deliveries, pull and prepare orders for customers and drivers.
• Assist with inventory control activities and maintain accurate records.
• Contribute to store operations and team support tasks to boost performance.
