O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist in Hastings, MN to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, support store management, and handle calls, pricing, and returns with accuracy and courtesy.

The role includes cash handling, planogram updates, daily stocking, and occasional in-store services. Bilingual candidates are encouraged and opportunities for growth are available within the company.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Bilingual abilities encouraged, especially Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Assist professional customers and installers as needed.
• Handle cash, credit, and returns following policy.
• Answer store phone and look up parts, quote prices, and upsell related items.
• Maintain cash drawer and process transactions accurately.
• Perform daily store tasks such as stocking, planogram updates, and basic equipment operation.
• Provide in-store services per state/local laws and company policy.
