Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging systems, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service ASE certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Assist professionals and install service specialists as needed.
• Provide excellent service to customers calling the store on the phone by answering all calls and quoting prices.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per company policies.
• Maintain cash drawer, accept payments, and process transactions securely.
• Perform stock, planogram updates, and weekly inventory tasks.
• Offer in-store services such as wiper replacement and battery tests where allowed in-state law.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
