Responsibilities

• Handle cash, checks, and card transactions securely.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy.
• Address customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Stock shelves, planogram updates, and freight receival.
• Perform daily store operations and inventory tasks.
• Operate brake lathe and other test equipment after training.
• Provide in-store services (wipers, batteries, codes, headlights) where allowed.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
