Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and support team members.
• Operate POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices.
• Maintain high energy in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Support store operations including transactions and inquiries.
• Build relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Coordinate and dispatch deliveries and prepare orders for customers and drivers; support efficient logistics and fulfillment.
• Perform general housekeeping, cleaning, and organizational tasks to maintain a safe, welcoming store environment.
• Assist with inventory control activities, including receiving merchandise, stocking shelves, cycle counts, and maintaining inventory records.
