USA GPC Genuine Parts Company in Alaska seeks a Store Associate to serve as the primary contact for customers in the retail store, representing the NAPA brand, delivering a high-quality experience, and providing automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.

You will use POS and inventory tools, stay energized in a fast-paced environment, help with order fulfillment and deliveries, and support store operations while building loyalty through knowledgeable, friendly service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and systems.
• Experience in automotive, retail, or parts environment preferred.
• Hands-on experience with vehicle repair or maintenance.
• Knowledge of inventory or cataloging systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Operate POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices.
• Support store operations, transactions, inquiries, and general workflow.
• Build relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Coordinate deliveries and prepare orders for customers and drivers.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming store environment.
• Assist with inventory control activities and cycle counts.
