Job summary

NAPA is seeking a Store Associate to serve as the primary contact for customers in our Alaska retail location. You will provide automotive parts solutions, support both retail and wholesale customers, and contribute to store performance through product knowledge, responsiveness, and friendly service.

In this role you will operate POS and catalog systems, assist with inventory control, and coordinate deliveries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset with listening and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and technology systems

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience
• Operate POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices
• Assist with inventory control and housekeeping
• Coordinate and dispatch deliveries, pull and prepare orders
• Support store operations and teamwork
