Qualifications

• Must provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Able to multitask handling customers in-store and on the phone.
• Familiar with automotive parts and sales; ASE certification desired; Spanish language encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists with professional customers as needed.
• Handle cash, checks, credit cards, and process transactions accurately.
• Process exchanges/returns and resolve customer complaints per policy.
• Assist with image maker, planogram updates, stocking shelves, and fronting.
• Perform daily operations like stock counts, inventory checks, and returns shipping.
• Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment after training.
• Provide in-store services (e.g., wipers, batteries) where allowed by regulations.
