Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service.
• ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist retail and installer customers in selecting merchandise.
• Promote customer service programs and related selling.
• Assist with cash handling and POS transactions.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Perform in-store services and test equipment as trained.
• Drive a delivery vehicle when needed and required by business needs.
• Support daily stock, planogram updates, and store cleanliness.
