O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a customer service associate to greet customers, assist with product selection, and support store operations. You will answer phones, lookup prices, quote items, and promote related products while ensuring accurate cash handling and transactions.

The role includes processing returns, addressing complaints, and assisting with stock and planogram updates. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired; ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Required: Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Desired: Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service.
• ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in-store and assist with merchandise selections.
• Answer phones and lookup prices, quote items, and offer related products.
• Process exchanges/returns and handle payments accurately.
• Maintain cash drawer and process cash, checks, and card transactions.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Assist with stock, planogram updates, and general store tasks as needed.
