Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take orders over the phone and online, invoice orders, and direct delivery staff to ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained to company standards.
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and record mileages.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists and Territory Managers to service professional customers.
• Verify all parts are billed before customers leave the store.
• Handle core and warranty returns promptly.
• Audit returns for warranty abuse and ensure proper tagging.
• Assist on front and retail counters as needed.
• Support backroom duties like stock and returns.
