Radius Recycling Industries, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Supervisor to lead customer service, supervise staff, and manage daily sales operations at our auto salvage yard. The role requires strong product knowledge, coaching ability, and adherence to safety and cash-handling procedures.

The ideal candidate will drive merchandising initiatives, analyze performance data, and ensure a high standard of customer experience while coordinating with leadership to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• Experience managing customers directly and supervising employees.
• Experience handling customer payments across multiple payment methods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and email applications.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule - including weekends, holidays, occasional overtime.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly and professionally in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations and customer service to meet store targets.
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance support to team members.
• Oversee daily sales, merchandising, and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports and KPIs to track progress.
• Recruit, hire, train, and schedule sales personnel.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed and receipts verified.
• Maintain store safety, housekeeping, and PPE usage.
• Communicate policies and implement procedures across shifts.
