Advance Auto Parts Inc. is hiring an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY customer business and help achieve sales and service objectives.

The role requires basic knowledge of store systems and automotive parts, with opportunities for part-time or full-time scheduling. Responsibilities include assisting customers in-store and over the phone, performing DIY services such as battery installations and wiper replacements, and maintaining inventory accuracy and store cleanliness.

Formación

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).
• Experience using inventory and point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to interpret safety rules and manuals.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach its targets.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes including cycle counts and back stock.
• Keep store clean and stocked; assist with stocking and back stock tasks.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
