Advance Auto Parts is seeking an energetic Salesperson to assist DIY customers in-store and over the phone. You will help customers find parts, perform basic DIY services, and contribute to achieving sales goals while maintaining accurate inventory.

The role can be part-time or full-time and requires reliable teamwork and adherence to store procedures. Applicants should be able to work flexible days, including weekends, and be comfortable using store systems for parts lookup, inventory

Qualifications

• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Experience in customer-facing sales or retail is preferred.
• Basic math and numeracy for transactions.
• Ability to locate and stock parts efficiently.
• Familiarity with store POS and parts lookup systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone inquiries.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach overall targets.
• Perform DIY services such as battery installations and wiper installs.
• Maintain inventory and store standards; support cycle counts and stock moves.
• Assist with loading/unloading and delivering parts as needed.
