Qualifications

Read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, parts catalogs, and procedures.
Perform basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division in all units.
Ability to work a mix of days, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in person and over the phone.
Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to store targets.
Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installations.
Maintain store product and operational standards.
Manage inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, and back stock.
Ensure store cleanliness and proper stocking including aisles and back stock.
Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
