Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Basic automotive part knowledge required.
• Ability to work varied days, evenings, and weekends.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers visiting the store and over the phone.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store meet sales targets.
• Provide DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain inventory and store standards, including cycles counts and back stock.
• Handle inventory processes including truck put away, sell-through, and checkout duties.
• Operate POS and parts lookup systems.
