O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role will also assume shift management in the absence of Store leadership.

The position emphasizes leading teams to deliver exceptional customer service, processing orders and refunds, and ensuring adherence to store policies and procedures. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsabilités

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Answer phones according to policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub, and store-to-store orders and contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases per procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges and issue refunds with proper methods.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure staff clock in/out and follow posted schedules.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and secure money and building.
