Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with experience fulfilling customer transactions.
• Must have a valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experiences for DIY customers in person and by phone.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service targets.
• Manage DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Handle key holder duties including safety and open/close tasks.
• Assist in inventory processes and keep the store organized.
