Job summary

The position is full-time, with responsibilities including POS operations, parts lookup, and delivering excellent customer service in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to read safety rules and parts catalogs; write simple notes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel and basic inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
