Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts.
• Ability to read and interpret parts catalogs and manuals.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must have valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customers in store and over the phone.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
• Maintain high standards of store appearance and customer service.
• Handle key holder duties including opening and closing tasks.
• Assist in store inventory, stock management, and back stock.
