Job summary

Factory Motor Parts seeks an Auto Parts Professional to answer calls, identify customer needs, sell automotive parts, and strengthen relationships with customers.

Responsibilities include looking up parts in our FMP parts catalog, processing orders accurately, recommending solutions, and maintaining strong knowledge of parts, warranties, promotions, and sales programs. EEOC/AA employer; salary based on experience and performance.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience with Automotive Parts.
• 1–2 years previous sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to look up parts in parts cataloging systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong background in mechanics is a plus (ASE certification is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Looking up auto parts in our FMP parts catalog system.
• Process customer orders with high degree of accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and make recommendations to meet customer needs.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of auto parts, warranties, promotions, and sales programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
