The role emphasizes strong communication, accuracy, and timely follow-through to drive sales and customer satisfaction. Experience in automotive parts and sales is preferred, with open opportunities for entry-level candidates who excel in service and relationship

Qualifications

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication and telephone skills.
• Must be able to communicate on the phone 90% of shift.
• Must understand customer needs and anticipate future requirements.
• Must multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
• Extensive use of computer; Microsoft Windows experience preferred.
• Excellent negotiating abilities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handles a high volume of telephone calls, taking orders and closing sales.
• Sources new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls.
• Processes calls with accuracy and keeps digital notes of communications.
• Ensures accounts are serviced and maintained per company standards.
• Recognizes buying patterns and promotes new product lines.
• Maintains professional relations with customers; contacts key accounts regularly.
• Investigates and resolves customer issues professionally and promptly.
• Meets or exceeds sales goals; stays current on product knowledge.
