Qualifications

• Solid business acumen with ability to analyze P&L and drive profitability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; PowerPoint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships and sales.
• Hire, develop, coach, and engage store Team Members.
• Ensure inventory and operational standards are met; manage duties of store on duty.
• Lead safety, opening/closing, and daily task assignments; monitor performance.
