Pick Your Part Midwest LLC in Rosemont, IL is seeking an attentive associate to deliver superior in-person customer service at the front counter. You will assist walk-in customers and identify auto parts using our inventory system, while processing cash and card transactions at the POS.

This role requires strong teamwork, clear communication, accuracy in parts identification, and the ability to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualificações

• Must have a strong customer service background.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• High School or GED equivalent preferred; college coursework desired.
• Prior automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts preferred.
• Two to three years of prior customer service relations preferred.

Responsabilidades

• In-Person Sales: Provide immediate, high-quality service to all walk-in retail and wholesale customers.
• Parts Identification: Use inventory software to help customers find exact matches for their vehicles with the vehicles on-site.
• Sales: Process cash and credit transactions using POS systems at the front counter.
• Yard Coordination: Communicate with parts pullers to fetch parts for customers who request pulling services.
• Merchandising & Displays: Set up and maintain displays of popular parts to drive impulse sales.
• Core & Returns Management: Inspect returned parts and process credits or warranty claims.
