Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong customer service background.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate, high-quality service to walk-in customers at the front counter.
• Use inventory software to help customers find exact matches for their vehicles.
• Process cash and credit transactions using POS systems.
• Coordinate with yard staff to retrieve parts for customers.
• Set up and maintain displays of popular parts to drive sales.
• Inspect returned parts for credits or warranty claims.
• Assume other duties as assigned.
