Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong customer service background.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• High School or GED Equivalent preferred. College coursework desired.
• Prior automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts preferred.
• Two to three years of prior customer service relations preferred.

Responsibilities

• In-Person Sales: Provide immediate, high-quality service to all walk-in retail and wholesale customers.
• Parts Identification: Use inventory software to help customers find exact matches for their vehicles with the vehicles on-site.
• Sales: Process cash and credit transactions using POS systems at the front counter.
• Yard Coordination: Coordinate with parts pullers to retrieve parts requested by customers.
• Merchandising & Displays: Set up and maintain displays of popular parts to drive impulse sales.
• Core & Returns Management: Inspect returned parts and process credits or warranty claims.
• Assumes other duties as assigned.
