Job summary

Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Store Pro in Columbus to be the primary contact for customers in our automotive parts store. You will help retail and wholesale customers with parts solutions, engage with shoppers, and support store performance through product knowledge and responsive service.

You will operate POS and catalog systems, assist with inventory and order fulfillment, and collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and technology systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Operate POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices.
• Assist with inventory control, stocking, and cycle counts.
• Coordinate deliveries and pull orders for customers and drivers.
• Support store operations, transactions, and general workflow.
• Build relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.
