Genuine Parts Company is seeking a NAPA Counter Sales associate to serve as the face of our retail store, helping customers with auto parts questions in person and over the phone. You will collaborate with team members to resolve inquiries, create a positive shopping experience, and handle transactions using our computer and catalog systems.

The role welcomes both full-time and part-time applicants who want to grow in a fast-paced automotive environment and learn more about parts and service

Qualifications

• Background knowledge of automotive parts is required or highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer care and fast-paced service.

Responsibilities

• Provide auto parts answers for retail/wholesale customers at the counter or over the phone.
• Assist other team members with customer questions using parts knowledge.
