Genuine Parts Company, home of the NAPA family, is seeking a Counter Sales associate to be the face of our retail store. You will assist customers with auto parts, answer questions in person and over the phone, and help fellow team members with parts knowledge.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License
• Experience in a parts store or automotive industry or willingness to learn auto parts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Love fast paced retail environments
• Great listening skills and empathy for customers

Responsibilities

• Provide auto parts answers and solutions for customers in person or by phone
• Use parts knowledge to assist team members with customer questions
• Deliver outstanding customer care and positive store interactions
