Genuine Parts Company is seeking a friendly NAPA Counter Sales associate to greet customers, answer auto parts questions at the counter and over the phone, and provide accurate parts recommendations. You will assist teammates and contribute to a positive shopping experience in our busy NAPA store.

In this role you will use your automotive parts knowledge, retail instincts, and a commitment to high-quality service to help customers find what they need.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn all things auto parts.
• Background in automotive parts or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide auto parts answers and solutions for customers in person at the counter or over the phone.
• Use your parts knowledge to assist other team members with customer questions.
• Provide outstanding customer care and interactions in the NAPA Store.
• Bring customer focus and high energy to a fast-paced store environment.
• Welcome retail customers and engage to provide a positive consumer experience.
• Use technology (computer), cash register, telephone, and paper catalog system.
