Ourisman Nissan is seeking a reliable Parts Counter Representative to keep repairs moving by matching the right parts to the right vehicles. You will assist guests at the counter, answer questions on parts and accessories, and process orders with complete details.

Working with sales and service, you will source parts, handle special orders, maintain accurate records, and help manage inventory through receiving, stocking, and organization.

Qualifications

• Parts department or automotive experience preferred.
• Strong communication and professional customer interaction.
• Familiarity with parts catalog tools and inventory software.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the counter and answer questions on parts and accessories.
• Process orders with complete details and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with sales and service for timely repairs.
• Communicate with suppliers on special orders and discrepancies.
• Track sales/returns documentation and help maintain inventory through receiving and stocking.
