Rakoski Automotive is seeking a Parts Counter Professional in Milton, PA to serve customers, process parts orders, and support store operations at our NAPA store. You will help customers find the right parts, answer questions, and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in identifying the correct auto parts.
• Answer calls and provide friendly customer support.
• Process, place, and fulfill parts orders accurately and timely.
• Pull and prepare inventory for pickup or delivery.
• Use inventory, catalog, and POS systems efficiently.
• Support teammates during busy periods and with customers.
• Assist with stocking and store organization daily.
• Communicate clearly with customers, teammates, and management.
• Maintain a safe, positive, respectful workplace.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
