Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide auto parts answers and solutions for retail and wholesale customers in person or over the phone.
• Use parts knowledge to assist other team members with customer questions.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and interactions at the counter.
• Welcome customers and create a positive store experience.
• Operate the computer, cash register, telephone, and paper catalog system.
