Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry or willingness to learn all auto parts.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Technical or Trade school coursework or degree is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide auto parts answers and solutions for customers in person at the counter or over the phone.
• Use parts knowledge to assist team members in answering questions for customers.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and interactions in the store.
• Bring customer focus and energy to a fast-paced environment.
• Greet customers and engage to provide a positive shopping experience.
• Operate computer, cash register, telephone, and paper catalog systems.
