Genuine Parts Company is seeking a NAPA Counter Sales associate to greet customers at the store entrance and assist with auto parts questions, both in-person and by phone. You will leverage parts knowledge to help teammates answer customer inquiries and ensure a positive buying experience.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused role handling auto parts questions and sales at the counter.
• Ability to explain parts and assist customers in-store and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Provide auto parts answers and solutions for customers in person at the counter/over the phone
• Use parts knowledge to assist other team members in answering customer questions
• Provide outstanding customer care and interactions with everyone who comes into the NAPA Store
• Bring customer focus and high energy to our fast-paced stores
• Welcome retail customers and engage to provide a positive experience
• Use technology (computer), cash register, telephone, and paper catalog system
